Supporting early careers & future engineers

We support future generations and early careers through hands-on engineering education. Our STEM programme inspires young people with practical learning, while our Graduate Programme provides structured development and real project experience to help launch confident, capable engineering careers.

STEM Education Programme

Encouraging the next generation of engineers.

Our STEM Education Programme is a fun, hands-on programme that gives school children the opportunity to learn basic engineering principles.

The programme is formed of stand-alone sessions, each focussed on a different engineering principle – such as Levers, Structures and Gears. While the programme predominantly features the use of LEGO Education materials, we’ve also developed sessions that can be delivered with common school craft items.

Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme offers a two-year, structured path designed to give new graduates broad exposure across the company. From day one, participants lead real projects — from concept through to construction — and have the chance to try out different roles, including design, sales and project management.

The scheme includes support to gain professional qualifications (through ICE-approved training) and mentorship from an experienced team. It provides varied, hands-on work on some of the UK’s most impactful infrastructure projects, giving graduates the opportunity to make a tangible contribution from early on.
